Today marks the end of Customer Service Week 2019 themed "Magic of Service". This has been an opportunity for us first and foremost to reach out to our customers and to thank them for their unwavering support and most importantly to find out if there is a better way to serve them.
As an organization, we are passionate about customer satisfaction and we pride ourselves in our "customer centricity". Edged in our vision (To be the most efficient customer centric PFA in the country) is our resolve to make everything we do all about the customer. For us being customer centric is the magic of our customer service!
What does being customer centric mean to us?
Customer centricity to us is primarily about driving operational efficiency, delivering superior investment returns, creating an excellent customer experience every time and empathy which ensures we always remain sensitive to the needs of the customer.
